Everything went smooth, but the complimentary pillow cases you sent were the wrong size for the pillows I bought. K sized pillows and Q sized pillow cases.

I just never heard back from customer support.

I placed an online order over the weekend & immediately wanted to add an item that would have given me an extra discount on the entire order. I emailed immediately. Got no reply. Called on Tuesday after it took me a while to find the phone number. A customer service rep said that she would contact someone who could make the adjustment & ship the item to me by Friday. Friday comes & no item. I call back & there’s no record of this conversation and the lady says they can’t amend the order. She did offer a discount on the single item, but I needed it by that date. I needed an extra pillow for my son who was getting out of the hospital. I fo like the sheets a lot. We have two adjustable beds. They fit well. I especially recommend them to people who need fitted sheets for split king adjustable mattresses. Make the direct phone number easier to find. Answer email promptly. Follow up with customer calls. Keep your word.

I will never use this company again. I purchased five items in total and when I decided to return them because they were not as described, I was told I had to pay $15 per item for a restocking fee. Four of the items I got on sale which were pillowcase sets. I only paid $30 for so they are charging me 50% of what I paid for for a restocking fee. In total, they are ripping me off of $75 just to return what I purchased because the sheets or anything but soft as described. They said I could use store credit and not pay the restocking fee. But unfortunately, they don’t have anything that I am looking for. Will never use this company again make sure you read the fine print.

I had high hopes for a duvet made of natural materials. Unfortunately, the king-sized version of the duvet is very heavy and falls toward the bottom of the bed, dragging the blankets underneath with them. We end up cold and tired readjusting in the middle of the night.
