I only gave 3 stars for this reason:
I recently purchased two sheet sets (king and queen) but was unhappy with the color for the queen set. I have attempted to contact customer service but was transferred from department to department with no one answering or responding. I just wanted to exchange the queen blue set to celestial blue but could not find a way to do this online and no one to help thru customer service. It has been extremely frustrating. Because I could not get any help I ended up sending the queen set of sheets back to your company for credit to my card. This however, still does not solve my problem. I still want a queen set of sheets in celestial blue but if I reorder it online again I will not get the original discount from ordering two sheet sets together as was the case with my original order. Please help me!! There has to be a way to just make an even exchange without all this confusion.

I did receive a refund for the queen sheet set but lost a lot of money in the process. I wouldn't order again because of these issues. These are expensive sheets and the only reason I ordered them was because of the discount by buying more than one set.
