Very bad experience

June 13, I demanded explanations of what is happening with my order, which has not been implemented so far. 14 June customer service (Melania Brito) informed me that the order was sent. June 19, I notified Melanie Brito that I received a mattress but no free bedding. 20 June Melani Brito wrote back, "I do apologize for the late response. You need a GOODTRADE100 discount code and you can only use one code per order. We need to collect $ 100 should you prefer to use PLUSH2019 to get free beddings. " The order was placed, accepted, paid, 30 Maja, 2019 and no one is able to change the contract 20 days later, depriving me of the benefits that were granted to me from the moment of conclusion of the contract. Today is 30 June and I did not receive free bedding Dana Bania.
