great bed, bad service
I bought a Plushbed 15 years ago and have loved it. When it started disintegrating I ordered another one. Sadly, as the company has grown its service has also disintegrated. I never received a shipping notice via e-mail from the company, as promised. I was keeping an eye out for a MY UPS delivery notice, since the website indicated UPS would deliver the bed. Then I found two notices on my door from Fedex, which had tried to deliver the bed twice when I was not home. When I called Fedex they refused to attempt to deliver it again, and said if I didn't get the bed within 3 days they would send it back.

I both e-mailed and called Plushbeds customer service to inquire why I was not sent a shipping notice, and to ask for help in getting my mattress to me. The website says that Plushbeds will give names trusted local companies for hire to help me pick up and install a new mattress and take away the old one.
Plushbeds customer service reps offered no help, despite the company's error in not sending a shipping notice, and my e-mail begging for assistance. Bottom line: I scrambled to find a delivery service and had to pay $600 for pick up, delivery, installation, and removal and disposal of my old mattress.
The product is good. But don't expect any help in getting it delivered or installed, and it will cost you a lot.
