I haven't receive my order since the 17th of May!!!

I thought this topper was going to be perfect...I was wrong. I find I am tossing and turning all throughout the night. It’s too hard and I can’t get comfortable. I get up with back and leg pain.

I am sadly disappointed with this mattress. My back, shoulders and neck have all been hurting since sleeping on it. I was hoping maybe I would get used to it but it’s been 3 weeks. It really sucks because I am a single mom and rolling and shipping this mattress back would be too hard for me to do to return it nor can I afford to just up and buy another $1500 mattress.

So far not so good. Still waiting for the bed. Have called twice. Have been told it is now a priority. Would like to get it.

Delayed. Poor customer services. Was supposed to receive a return phone call after they couldn’t tell me if mattress was in production 9 days after ordering. Subsequently, on 2nd follow up phone call by me, customer service was still unable to locate bed in production process beyond the time bed was to have been shipped. Payment had already been received . On hold 53 min fir a manager who was never able to come to phone. Have ongoing fake “sale”. Still haven’t removed me from email list despite having unsubscribed Canceled my order
