Received my latex 9 inch mattress and Iam completely disappointed. The mattress is so low measure it and it is not 9 inches .the feel is horrible so soft, I ordered medium but it feels so soft you sink . Horrible for the price . Waiting for the 30 days to return .

Bad customer service, extremely delayed order and instead of giving me update on my order they argue with me. It’s been almost a month and still waiting for the mattress topper to SHIP!

I would love to tell you that I love my bed, however, I STILL have NOT received it!

After taking a lot of time to research latex mattresses I decided to buy one from Plushbeds. The mattress arrived earlier than expected and was easy to set up with help from younger friends. For the first three days I woke up with a headache due to some smell. Unfortunately, since sleeping on the mattress my sleep has been unrefreshing and I wake up with increased aches and pains in the morning. Since I did not read the return policy carefully enough BEFORE setting up the mattress I will not be able to sent the mattress back unless I am willing to loose a lot of money. I am not at that point yet since I have had the mattress for 12 days. So far it has been a very disappointing experience.
