I was so excited to receive my new bed! I ordered the Botanical Bliss medium . Setup was easy with two people. I gave it a few nights and decided it was too hard. Customer service was very helpful and sent me a 3 inch soft layer, still not soft. Customer service advised me to wait a few more weeks. I didn’t expect a “break in” period, not sure if I’m Supposed to get used to the bed or if it will eventually conform to me?! I remain cautiously optimistic...

Mattress is great except, was a slight misunderstanding about how it would sleep, ordered the 10 inch split king but couldn’t reach anyone by phone to inquire about the issue, I needed the split king but when it came down to the cover I needed a king to help keep it together on our inching platform, now when me and the wife sleep the beds separate creating a giant gap between mattresses hopefully I can get in touch with someone and ask about possibly getting a king mattress cover so it doesn’t occur. This makes a $2000 purchase a little disappointing.

I would like to give you a good review but I still haven't received my purchase I'm totally surprised with how long its taking to be delivered.

It took a very long time for the customer service to get to me and track the progress of my order . The instruction sheet is black and white and it is not very about which layer with which hold me size of the mattress should be on the top.

Bought the mattress as a replacement for an inflatable mattress for our sofa bed. Read all the rave reviews about how comfortable it was and so on. Not impressed! for what I paid, it is nothing special. It's Okay at best. It has some support, but you can still feel the bars in the cross members of the bed frame, and it sags with the spring loaded strapping in between the cross members in the frame. I would not want to sleep on it every night, but for the over night visitor it would be okay. I'm not sure it's worth the price.
