I love my natural bliss latex matress. Its the best be I've ever had for my back and neck issues. Ordering was easy and service was good would be nice if they could help you with your matress getting it on the frame. I live a alone and it took me all morning and part of the afternoon to getting on my frame

The bed was easy to put together and the mattress is very comfortable. I love that I'm sleeping on organic materials. The one disappointment I have is that the mattress is so low. I will have to modify it in some way in the future to raise the height.

I'd made the mistake of thinking a Twin was a Twin! No... I should've ordered the TwinXL. It works ok but would've been helpful if I'd been contacted and asked if it was for a longer bed. Proactivity helps!

The bed instructions were not intuitive. Also, Step 2 was literally a copy/paste of Step 1. Once I did some research elsewhere to figure out how to properly put together the four layers, we found the bed to be very comfortable. There were accessories also purchased - most of them arrived separately the day after the mattress, but pillows were not included and there was no indication why. (Had they been stolen from my driveway?) After a few emails, customer support told me that they were back ordered. Without my asking, no one thought to let me know. A week later, they’re still not here and we’re about to leave town for a while.

The mattress feels nice. I've only been on it for 5 days, but so far so good. It was a bit of a challenge to assemble the layers doing this alone, but it it done in an hour. I like the bed sheets that came with. They are very soft. Same with the pillows. Overall, I am pretty pleased.
