We love the bed, but assembly was a nightmare since our bed was missing instructions. Definitely not a one person job!

I spoke with a representative who answered all my questions kindly and professionally. It was easy to order the bed. It shipped and arrived in a timely fashion. Easy to open, arrange on the bed platform. No gas off. Actually had a pleasant natural smell which disapiated quickly. The reason I gave four stars is the bed is too firm for me. I am side sleeper and ordered the meduim bed. I wish Plushbeds offered a soft latex bed. The meduim is just too firm for my preference. I did place a soft 2" latex topper on the bed and still sleeps too firm. I have slept on the bed since beginning of June. Chris R.

Good mattress for sofa bed

These are really nice, soft sheets. I have sensitive skin so they work very well. Initially my set did not have pillowcases but I contacted the company and they quickly sent me the pillowcases that I was missing in my original order.

Very luxurious and comfy when resting on my back, but I wish I would have purchased the 3" topper. When I sleep on my side, the 2" topper does not provide enough cushion for my hips especially since they are tight from all the walking I do every day. I had thought I could get away with the 2" because I weigh less than 130 pounds but that turned out not to be the case. Also, the latex topper does add a bit more warmth than my regular mattress, but I'm gathering it is still cooler than a memory foam topper (without the cool bliss gel).
