Delivery was excellent product is good but in hindsight think it is to firm

Bought to replace an ageing memory foam mattress that had clearly “collapsed”. The Nectar mattress is fine but probably not as good as the original was when new. It’s a minefield buying a mattress and Nectar got good reviews. My complaint is that it seems to “roll off,” or lose support at the edge and I always get the feeling I’m going to fall off the bed (I haven’t!) Also, in the space of just over 6 months, I am unable to sleep out with my “zone” so, already, it has an indent where I sleep. With the previous mattress, I usually woke as I had gone to sleep (on my side) but, with the Nectar mattress, I invariably awaken on my back (snoring, according to my wife!) It is a super-king, on a solid 3/4 ply base, so bed support is not the issue. As I said, it’s okay but disappointing, had hoped for a better result.

I bought the elite double mattress. Prefer springs or hybrid as I feel like I’m sinking when I try to get up and move. Really struggle to get up and change position

i start having back pain after 3 months

My mattress is now 6 months old and it has dipped in the middle. I sleep alone and weigh 12 stone so tend to sleep in the middle but I didn't think that would make the mattress sag as much as it has but clearly it does. Really disappointed.
