Paid for never arrived, lots of backwards and forwards with false promise dates of delivery, same with text messages, then the dates just changed on the day Gave up had to put in a complaint through PAYPAL to finally get my money back, so no stop mailing I cant tell you how your mattress is - I didn't get it!

The mattress is not suitable I have used both of the hybrid mattress and I am not satisfied. Costing me 850 pounds but not comfortable. And somehow it bend towards the edge which is very uncomfortable.

I bought nectar pillows that’s absolutely terrible very hard stiff and not comfortable to sleep.

Our mattress has dipped on both sides and is up in the middle, we turn it regularly but doesn’t help at all
