I like this mattress but I had hoped for a somewhat softer mattress. The adjustment mechanism does work, but I wish the top layers were a little softer. The wool mats down. However, the mattress is comfortable and we’re keeping it.

My mattress is sometimes too hot on my back. Would it help to remove the wool pad?

I recently called to ask if I could get a new insert for our bed to make the mattress firmer. It was sent to us and it works great. I sleep even better now.

I am very happy with my Natural Form bed. I have fibromyalgia and this along with other steps I have taken, had dramatically reduced my symptoms. The loss of a star had nothing to do with the quality of the product or the delivery and set up. All great. I was not happy that I was promised sheets that I didn't receive and since I had just moved, I didn't have a second bed, so I had to drive 45 minutes to a store with xl twin sheets. I made multiple phone calls to the sales person and left messages, but none of them were returned, though she was very attentive prior to the sale. Small detail, but service is important, especially when paying a month's salary for one piece of furniture.

Comfortable,i do sleep better, but I still am very hot while sleeping...
