I really like how I can adjust the firmness of the mattress without a pump. Natural Form's warranty, if they stand behind it, is also impressive.

We are happy with our mattress overall. I like the adjustability. Although it doesn’t have a huge range of adjustment, it does make a difference. The wool covering flattens out where each of us lies after only a few nights, and the mattress sleeps hot, despite the covering.

I purchased the Natural Form mattress in the spring of 2018. Have been very satisfied. I rated it a 4 star as I have hot flashes and it feels too warm for me. Also on the delivery of the product. It was suppose to be a over the threshold. It was delivered to the drive way. Oak Harbor would not bring it into the house, which was a major inconvenience for us.

we had recently purchased a new conventional box spring an mattress. we were not happy with it an were talking with a friend who suggested the natural form. I got on line an did some research then called. the whole process was very easy an sounded good.. hard to turn down their free nights trial.. when we got the bed it was simple to set up an was as promised.. we went threw our trial period an decided to keep it.. to me it was not the wow factor I thought it would be, but was a lot better than the previous bed. I would suggest this bed to my friends, but would advise them to not get in a hurry an use the full free night trial before they make up their mind..

It took extra long for my bed to get here 5 weeks or more when it did get here it was not delivered as promised over the threshold also the box was very torn up , it was delivered at my boyfriends work so when he got there he discovered the holes when he got it home and we took it out of box the bottom of the box spring had a 50 cent piece size hole. I set up the bed anyway because I had waited so long when Tony called to see how my bed was I told him about the hole sent photos he said thanks. No offer of money back or a new box spring nothing . This did upset me. The bed itself is nice comfortable easier to get in and out at first u will think its 2 hard but give it a chance. The cover on the bed is soft wool so there is a problem... the sheets slide off constantly. I think this is a design flaw they could remedy . All in All its a good bed a bit spendy .
