We love our new bed! Worth every penny.

This was the best customer service I have received in a long time. From my first call with Jason to the end I was in awe.

We slept on a Tempurpedic mattress for 7 years comfortably, but as we aged, it gradually became painful upon waking and getting out of bed~sore ankles, hips, shoulders, and low back. They even exchanged it and gave us a different mattress, but to no avail. Even tried my mom's Sleep Number bed for a few days, but still, unable to get a good night's rest. We just chalked it up to getting older. Then, we went on vacation and stayed at a Hilton Garden Inn for a few nights. OH MY GOSH!!! Finally, a restful, painless night's sleep. We thought maybe it was just a result of being on vacation, so we waited a few months and stayed at a Hilton Garden Inn again (just to try out the bed!) Same result. We took the plunge, bought the Natural Form, gave our almost brand new Tempurpedic to my nephew, and we've never looked back!! We did have an issue with one side of the king-sized mattress not inflating after about 9 months, so we called customer service (where a live, English-speaking person answers the phone). I dreaded that call because I just knew that we were going to have to box the mattress up and pay to ship it back, but within a week they shipped us the air chamber for one side of the bed~super easy to install! Well worth the money!

I own 4 of these GREAT mattress over the last 10 years and the older ones are just as great as the newest ones I've just purchased . I will never sleep on any other mattress ever again. I have bad arthritis conditions and CFS this bed provides relief from my pain so I can get a good nights sleep. It's the only mattress that works for me . I had to sleep on a different mattress for about a year before I could get another mattress for another home I live in, what pain I was in for that year. The only relief was when I went and slept in my motor home which I have a Natural Foam Matt in too. Do yourself a favor treat yourself to this Great Mattress.

Dual adjusting sides for couples. Quiet (no air blowing machine), nothing electrical about adjusting the soft or hardness of your bed, memory foam and wool for comfort. Solved the back muscle spasms and I no longer take medication for it. Truly 'Natural'!
