Pricing was unbeatable, shipping was as claimed on the web site and machine was well packaged arriving undamaged and in tact. I bought a Desiderio Plus, list of steam only accessories could be better organized on the web site. Had to do some digging to find the extension. Also, placed 2 orders on the same day as a result of above mentioned orgizational issue, paid individual shipping on both, but items were shipped together in the same box. Not a huge deal, but....

So far so good! Using it to clean tile floor grout. Need to order more stainless brushes because I'm quickly wearing down the only one included with the unit.
