Shipping is slow which I guess I would attribute to the service being very popular product and the supply chain with China right now being out of order. But the real problem is that they send the wrong o-rings the main ordering that I needed was missing in the original packet then the replacement they sent me was not the original one and it wasn't through when I need it for the machine. It's the orange one that's a special size for the cap that I need and I wish they would reach out and finally contact me and send me a new correct o-ring but instead I've had to buy a whole new cap for almost $40 just to get the o-ring I needed. The outfit is a great machine but when those o-rings go they're totally worthless.
