Mission Restaurant Supply

I have been waiting on this for almost 2 weeks now. It was supposed to show up yesterday according to shipping but never came. Please make sure it arrives today or I will have to dispute the charge! This I for work and has caused a lot of issues with how long it is taking!!

4 of the 5 aprons I order were soiled

For starters it took way too long to arrive, then when i questioned about it, they told me i would recieve updates on shipping. 2 days after it arrived i was told it had shipped. Had it installed, and the next day the plastic screws are busted and it is no longer sealed.

Technician came to repair brand new machine and said the compressor is bad and needs to be placed. We didn’t use this machine not even 1 hour. I’m wondering they sent me brand new machine or old machine.

20 days after my order I find out that you guys have no idea about where my order is and I need to wait another 2 weeks for the order to be shipped...no apologize , poor customer service.
