Poor shipping package with no cushion packing on corners, just placed inside a cardboard box.

I requested return procedure once I received the wine opener and realized my wife already had two--both fairly new. The response I received explained there was a approval process for the return. I called and spoke to a representative that explained she is also waiting for approval and it will be taken care of as soon as its approved. I then was phoned by someone from your company--I missed the call and no message was left. I immediately phoned back and spoke with a gentleman and explained the nature of my business. He asked for my email and told me its a simple process and he will send me the steps. Still nothing. This is ridiculous. There were other items I was interested in, but now there is no way will I make another purchase from Mission RS. Please send me a return label, instructions or whatever is required so I can get your product back to you and out of my house. Terance Nalls

I was very unhappy with this site and service. I ordered a chair for review prior to ordering lots of chairs for five locations. I was told if I ordered that morning it would ship out that day. Called a week later because I had received no shipping notification only to be told they were not sure what happened with shipping but my order would go out that day. I was working with a deadline which I explained when ordering so I canceled the order and went with a different company with reliable shipping and service.

Ordered 6. they look great but open poorly. One lid already cam off. (Missing rubber gasket on hinge?)

Needed to return ordered item, contacted customer service twice via email; first the link for returns but email was invalid and second time with the confirmation email sent but still no response! No impressive. Good pricing for items but bad customer service.Not likely to purchase again.
