Poor communication

The waffle maker works great, however the shipping was substandard. Since the original box was not put inside another box for shipping, there were holes all over the original waffle maker box, and there was a pink greasy substance all over one end of the box. It was very embarrassing because it was a Christmas gift. Please consider spending a little more money, and put your products inside another box for shipping.

A friend has these towels and I loved them so I asked where she got them and sent me the link.. She has had hers for quite a while and they are still in great shape. I ordered 2 dz and thought I would share with my adult children. I washed them all in cold and dried them on medium before using them and they are no so small I cannot get over it! You must have switched to a cheaper fabric or something since she bought hers because she did not have this problem. I will keep them now because I have washed them but I will not be recommending them to anyone. What a shame. I think you are now selling an inferior product and I wish I had known.

Have not received item yet, extremely slow in the shipping process

I guess that the booths look fine, just the little fact that those were sent to San Antonio, TX rather than north of Seattle, WA, where my business is located..
