Very fast service, lovely packaging, only issue was I wanted to get the eucalyptus (vegan silk) covered weighted blanket for my partner (he’s a hot sleeper) but it’s been out of stock a while. But will just buy the cover when back in stock. Otherwise very happy!

I’d been researching weighted blankets for a while and reviews led me to Mela. After debating for quite a few months I made the plunge and got the 11Kg and I am so glad I did. The difference in my sleep has been unbelievable. Washing the cover was really easy too and the hooks to keep it in position are genius. I love it - thank you!

Excellent service with a very easy return process.

The blanket was high quality, I had wanted one for a long time. due to disabilities I couldn’t cope with the weight of the blanket and had to return it. From ordering to returning the item the whole process was easy. I am glad they offer a no question asked return it gave me a chance to try it and see if it was suitable, unfortunately for me it wasn’t but I would encourage any of you to try one. I couldn’t fault the service and although I had to return the blanket I give 5 stars for the service received

Super quick delivery and beautifully packaged. The quality of this blanket is amazing. It is so soft and washes really well. I emailed about something and the correspondence was quick and personal. The one small criticism I have is that because I ordered it for my son with additional needs I would of liked to have been able to order a brighter colour for him but this is no matter and the colour it does come in, is very neutral and the blanket itself has worked perfectly. I am very very happy with my purchase and the whole overall service. I definitely wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mela and its products. Many thanks.
