Brilliant weighted blanket and I am sleeping so much better with it than before. The only negative is the cover, the tie system is so loose you can't stop it from moving around, get that sorted and it's a 5 stars from me.

Pre-delivery customer service was very good. My daughter loves her blanket. The package was so lovely that she still uses the box as a case for her beanie boos.

Took ages to get the exchange sorted. Over a month. Product is amazing though and customer service very good.

Packaging was excellent + speedy delivery I found it quite heavy but once on bed really good product. A little pricey but will last.

Happy with this product like it more than my duvet helps me sleep a little better
