Was suffering from insomnia, not helped by constant tossing and turning . This blanket has reduced the restless legs enormously and helped me sleep without constant waking. I couldn’t justify the cost of the double but in retrospect I wish I had. I’m managing to kick the single off me which then wakes me as I have to fiddle around re positioning it. This is not a fault with the blanket, just a six foot perimenopausal restless woman! If it’s restless legs you have then splash out on the double. I’ve put it on my Xmas list! Also the grey velour finish is nice enough to have as a stand alone throw , nobody will even know it’s a weighted blanket! Looks really nice.

I love the cleanliness of the website & the friendly vibe Ethos was important for me so super happy it's a kind ecological company that cares and gives back. Service was second to none, no complaints except about the mela pillow which is way too high and as I could not repackage as it arrived, could not be refunded. I've taken the middle out and use it with another small pillow but not worth paying £51 for as I have others could do this with

I've been convinced by this blanket! I've had worsening anxiety and stress over the past few months, and I've been trying everything to help improve it. I saw all the social media adverts for this, saw positive reviews, and thought I'd give it a try. I needed to get used to it, so didn't feel the immediate benefit that I've seen others report, but I would say that since I've been using it, I've had less disturbed sleep and, in combination with the other ways I've trying to take care of myself a bit more, I'm feeling less anxious. I ordered the cotton cover, too, for the warmer summer nights, and it was lovely and cooling. The warmer cover will be great as the temperature drops going into autumn. My only issue is I find the cover hard to put on after washing! I need help with figuring out how to manage it each time. I'm sure with practice I'll get it eventually 😂 ordering online was easy, website was straightforward. And I had sent an email asking about my order which was answered really promptly, so can't fault customer service.

I have already completed a review
