Great website, easy to purchase, not clear on returns policy for pillows, otherwise I would have thought twice before my purchase, hence the loss in 1 star.

Quality product, communication and speed of delivery very good

These sheets are so soft and really feel nice against the skin. They are better than some of the 500 thread count sheets I've had in the past. I have not had them long but the initial impression is good. Everything arrived quickly and nicely packaged although the packaging can be awkward to handle if items are heavy.
