Only put 4 starts as the Tracking of the order didn't seem to be up to date with what was actually going. Delivery was long but that can be excused due to covid. Other than that everything else 5 stars!

Arrived promptly and was kept up to date with where it was all the time. Excellent service .

Took longer than hoped to get the blanket delivered but was kept fully informed about the delay and the reasons for it. Great customer service.

Blanket took a while to be delivered. I can understand they’re made to order but would have been quicker if hadn’t needed shipping from China? It was, however, beautifully packaged& presented and would make a thoughtful gift.
