Not happy with customer service.

Not happy with customer service. I requested a call call from a manager only communication via email. I didn’t like the way the mantel looked. It appeared someone took a hammer to the mantel. I wanted to exchange for something with a cleaner look. The manager made me pay for return shipping due to “buyer’s remorse “ I didn’t have buyers remorse the product looked horrible. They refused to make it right.

No inspection of mantels before shipment

Was very disappointed with the mantel. 1st one had splits in the wood where the screws go. The 2nd one delivered had a bad finished paint job. Can't believe there is no inspections before being shipped. Was offered to have a 3rd one shipped but was afraid it would have something wrong with it as well. So now I need to go to a paint store and color match and finish the painting myself. Was given a 100.00 credit towards my card which I thought it should have been more especially after finding out they are made and shipped from overseas, Taiwan I believe

Cracked Mantle! No Reply from Customer Service!

We received our mantle in a timely manner, but, although it was packed well, there are 2 cracks on the top-1on each end-and a large @8” crack on the bottom right on the middle. This had to be an error in quality control and us not acceptable! I emailed about these noticeable defects, but have yet to hear back. After spending @$700 hours on this piece, the multiple cracks and lack of response is infuriating!
