The mantel is a very nice piece. However, in the box it sits because there are no instructions on how mount it. Nothing. I expected mounting instructions at least but there wasn't anything to tell me how to go about mounting the mantel to the wall.

When we received the fireplace log it was missing the remote and two log pieces. Have had to call twice. Was told it would take two months to get replacement parts. Not happy about not getting to begin with then having to wait two months.

There was an offer for 10% off for signing up with your email address which never materialized. Very misleading.

We loved the mantle, however during shipping, the shipper "dented" the front edge of the mantle.

French cleat was not flush had to plane and sand. Ours was painted white but wood quality was very low for even paint quality. About $20 in material for a $200 product.
