I recently purchased the Helene Rug and it was my first and last experience with Lulu and Georgia. This is a ridiculous company with NO customer service!! I accidentally ordered 2 rugs and realized this mistake instantaneously. I called their 800 number, which has a message that directs customers to email them. I immediately emailed them to see if they could cancel the extra rug. In the days following, I sent two additional emails as no one responded to my email. What kinda company doesn't have a working 800 number??? I order things online all the time and I have easily canceled orders with other companies if need be. Since the 90's companies have offered 800 numbers for customers to call if there was a problem with your order. Anyway, when a representative finally answered my email, she simply replied that the two rugs shipped already. This is an 8X10 rug that weighs almost 90 pounds! The Fedex man had to deliver both rugs (on different days because they shipped separately). I had to lug the extra rug in my home and then arrange for Fedex to pick it up. What a waste of resources and how horrible for the environment. All of this nonsense because Lulu and Georgia doesn't answer customer calls. How hard is it to change a 2 to a 1 or communicate with your warehouse that the customer only needs one of those huge rugs??
