It is impossible to get the sense of a wallpaper when only provided with a sample that was at most 3” x 4”. Thank goodness I didn’t have to cover the cost of FedEx delivery!

HORRIBLE!! Days to get a response customer service is horrible . you need customer care to answer a phone - email 2 days later does not help . I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY SOFA!! I find it hilarious that you are asking me for a review when you have not even delivered my sofa yet. That Sums up customer service and lack of knowing what is going on.

The whole experience has been terrible

Terrible customer service- no response from anyone on where my table is after failed deliveries and broken deliveries. Seems like no one has a clue what is going on or cares to figure it out. So incredibly disappointing,

The time I received was very cheaply made. I won’t be ordering from them again.
