Lulu and Georgia - Magento

Customer service was very slow to reply to my damaged package and lamp. I had to follow up several times before getting anything moving. Was disappointed it took a week and all me to get the end result of a replacement lamp shade. I would still order with them again but I would set my expectations a little lower.

I was charged for my rug and didn’t receive it until 3 1/2 weeks later. Waiting two full weeks for a response my email inquiring about when I could expect it to arrive by (the only way to contact you) was unacceptable. I have never been unable to reach a company by phone. If email is the only option the response should be prompt.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE CONTACT AFTER TRYING AND TRYING!!! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I’VE EVER SEEN! NEVER AGAIN. FUN FACT, THEY DON’T SEEM TO CARE AT ALL!!!
