Disappointed with shipping costs, poor quality of rug, and lack of customer support. I will not order from this company again.

Got a refund, but not until I made public comments on Facebook.

Shipping needs to protect merchandise. Pillow filler is not great.

Shipping was terrible. This should have included the option for white glove delivery, the bed should have been packaged better, and the product should have been inspected for quality purposes

I just wrote a long review explaining the problem on a survey questionnaire. Not delivered yet and rec'd email 2 weeks ago it had shipped. No communication although 3 days ago attempted in voice mail, email. So disappointing. Where is my console? Thanks! 678 641-6886 I sure hope I love it! Thank you.
