Someone needs to answer the

Someone needs to answer the phone calls at the company, or at least have someone in customer service available! That may deter me in ordering again from L & G!

I was only shipped 1

I was only shipped 1 sconce initially and it was difficult getting a hold of customer service (took 10 days for contact) to get 2nd sconce shipped. Then once I got a hold, probably took another 14 days prior to receiving.

I was double charged and

I was double charged and the effort to get refunded was a week long challenge. I had to jump through hoops to get my money back - when it was L&G who made the mistake in the first place. And all of this on my first purchase with L&G. My recommendation is that Lulu gets and actual person who answers the phone for much needed (and improved) customer service.
