Though issues were resolved one way or another, it would certainly be better not to have so many. Contact is limited to email when sometimes a conversation is necessary. As a designer I work with many resources where orders, shipping, communications, are far better, even during the time of Covid, so the virus can't be blamed for everything. There is no discounting the value of a good partnership. They curated a lovely collection which suffers from insecure operations.

Slow communication with customer service. Replacement parts got put on a back burner with no follow up on their part. Shipping company they use is far from the best.

First the order got lost. Bought it, paid for it, received nothing for a month. But your customer service representative saved the day by re-ordering and now we ❤️ the table

The only reason Im doing

The only reason Im doing 2 stars is when I finally got in touch with customer service....the same person helped me and she was awesome. No number to call...all done via email. Annoying. Plus they couldnt locate the 1st table in warehouse initially
