Beautiful item but the excessive delivery fees made the experience unpleasant.

Service was difficult. I don’t think I should have been charged (including shipping) well in advance of the item being shipped.

Shipping speed is good, customer service situation is definitely not ideal with the long wait time, coupled with an inability to speak to a customer service associate on the phone. Love the product but will always weigh if I can buy something similar somewhere else due to both return policy and lack of customer service availability.
