Shipping speed is good, customer service situation is definitely not ideal with the long wait time, coupled with an inability to speak to a customer service associate on the phone. Love the product but will always weigh if I can buy something similar somewhere else due to both return policy and lack of customer service availability.

Shipping very expensive

Item was initially lost and had to be resent. Metropolitan was not great with communication at all and didn’t give any heads up about timing of delivery. Lulu thankfully was more communicative though it took time to resolve the issue of the lost table.

Artwork came in a tube that was open at the top. There was a blue line in the corner of the print like someone hit it with a blue colored pencil. Too overwhelmed to even try to send it back in its defective tube I will probably not purchase from Lulu and Georgia again. I also misread and thought the frame came with the 1500 dollar art Then I couldnt return it. Total buyers remorse in every way.
