It drove me crazy that there is no phone number to contact customer service! 2x the wrong rug was delivered and I could not get immediate response or assistance. Cheers to Gracie who came through for me with multiple email responses. She maintained her positive, supportive, problem solving demeanor throughout.

You should have an auto returns process. To have to go through customer service and receive a message that customer service is too busy to follow up for several days seems outdated. Returns processing shouldn't require manual intervention.
