We felt frustrated since the shipping took forever, far beyond what was advertised. Luckily, once the sofa finally arrived it exceeded our expectations.

I like that there’s a return policy but the time frame of 14 days for wallpaper is useless when it comes to a return... timing contractors and knowing how much is needed and returning on time just not compatible ... can’t help but feel like it’s a known hazard to you

It drove me crazy that there is no phone number to contact customer service! 2x the wrong rug was delivered and I could not get immediate response or assistance. Cheers to Gracie who came through for me with multiple email responses. She maintained her positive, supportive, problem solving demeanor throughout.
