Lulu and Georgia - Magento

The guys who delivered this piece were not prepared to move this into my house, and had a pretty difficult job. They needed an extra person. Had to admit I was a bit nervous watching them move a white piece of furniture that was too heavy for two people to move up my stairs. They ended up dinging the texture off my wall in a corner that now has to be fixed. They also got the piece a bit dirty in a few places, but I was able to clean that. Would have been a much better experience had they been prepared, since I did order the white glove delivery. So happy with the piece itself, and the work these two men did to get it in place, but they were under-manned.

The "sample" cloth shipping notification email didn't include the items so I was expecting to receive "the couch" I ordered and surprised I only received the sample that I ordered 3 wks back.

Honestly getting this piece took way more time than anticipated. However, when I contacted support my reps were phenomenal. It was a disappointing experience with the actual shipping. I will not be purchasing any items that require large shipment in the future.

Upon delivery, the sofa looked incredible and delivery was great despite a long delay with shipping thanks to Covid. However it has been about a month and the back cushions already look frumpy and don't hold their shape after people have leaned against them. Fluffing them up does not restore its original shape... Also we are So Not looking forward to fluffing them multiple times a day. Given this, I now worry about how well it will hold up in our high traffic living room area. If only the cushions retained their shape better, this would be have been a great purchase. A very expensive one for the quality we've received.
