Delivery and install were great. The team was careful and considerate. I would say that once I placed the order it was difficult to get insight on when the order would ship. The first communication I had was from the delivery company and it came when they were ready to schedule delivery.

Great and easy return process. What I don't like about L & G is that it can take up to 10 days to respond to an email customer inquiry. By then, I have moved to another product ;)

Great customer service when I messaged them through Instagram when my table arrived broken. . Very fast response. I had no luck with the phone number which I tried first.

Good speed of delivery

I like the return policy - gives piece of mind to the buyer.
