Great and easy return process. What I don't like about L & G is that it can take up to 10 days to respond to an email customer inquiry. By then, I have moved to another product ;)

Great customer service when I messaged them through Instagram when my table arrived broken. . Very fast response. I had no luck with the phone number which I tried first.

Good speed of delivery

I like the return policy - gives piece of mind to the buyer.

Customer service was quick to address a white glove delivery refund issue and generally I enjoy the piece!
