Excellent customer service and knowledgeable service

Only thing I wasn’t a fan of, was the icon of the chat man face. Really distracting. Chat bubble icon is much better. Customer service was excellent and I love the options and styles. Nicely curated.

Lighting New York has a great selection of lighting fixtures. Prices lower than the big box stores. I was shopping for ceiling fans with light kits to match what the builder installed on my (1) year old home. Lighting New York had them for half price of the local supplier and big box stores. Ordering was easy and shipped right to my door. FedEx delivered three packages and upon inspection one of the lamp globes was broken. Emailed NYL with pictures and the customer service team was in action. “Claudia” looked at my order reviewed my pictures and let me know she would reach out to the manufacturer. Just a few hours later and she had arranged for a replacement globe to be shipped. Claudia let me know that she’d keep me updated with delivery dates as they become available. You can’t get better Customer Service than this!! New York Lighting will continue to get my business in the future.
