I appreciate the service from Lighting New York and that it uses real humans vs. AI. My experiences with some suppliers have been excruciating especially for a pro because they don’t have real employees or only uses AI which cannot handle issues promptly. One company took 4 weeks of daily phone calls and opening ticket before it was handled by someone to address missing products in a shipment. This caused a huge delay in construction and a cascade of rescheduling with 4 different subs.

This is a wonderful company with a great product and a good price. I also applaud their customer service. It is fast and thorough unlike many other companies.
