I had an excellent experience working with Lighting New York to choose lighting and mirrors for our renovation project. Their policy of free shipping both ways without a restocking fee is what ultimately led me to order from them, as well as their excellent prices. Their customer service was also top notch.

Easy shopping. Detailed, complete information that permitted an informed choice. Several photos (admittedly, colors can be different live vs. internet) gave a good sense of the color palates involved.

We ordered 4 of the Hudson Valley/Mitzi Holly wall lights. The order process was user friendly, we received immediate e-mail confirmation of our order and all items arrived in a timely manner. All of the fixtures were well packaged, but one arrived cracked and was unable to fix. We called the customer care #, explained the situation and sent photos of the issue while the customer care agent waited with us on the phone until she received the photos. She was courteous and resolved the issue right then and there by sending out a new fixture. Thank you Lighting New York, we couldn't be more pleased with customer service and our shopping experience!
