Have just ordered so have not received lighting, but online site AND online customer service have been excellent: detailed, informative, helpful.

I genuinely appreciate the convenience of being able to order lighting from multiple manufacturers through a single source. The generous trade discount is a significant factor that will motivate me to continue using Lighting New York instead of opening multiple accounts directly with the manufacturers.

Excellent customer service and knowledgeable service

Only thing I wasn’t a fan of, was the icon of the chat man face. Really distracting. Chat bubble icon is much better. Customer service was excellent and I love the options and styles. Nicely curated.
