Lighting New York

I couldn't be happier with my experience! I was looking for 4000K cool white chandelier bulbs with an E12 base for my non-dimmable light switch and SATCO had exactly what I needed. The color is perfect—clean, crisp white without the yellow tint of my previous bulbs. It completely transformed the look of my dining room. I placed my order on June 28 and received it on June 30, which exceeded my expectations. The bulbs were well packaged, arrived in perfect condition, and worked exactly as described. Excellent product, incredibly fast shipping, and outstanding customer service. I'll definitely purchase from SATCO again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality lighting solutions.

I had a Minka fan that just stopped responding. I have two of the same model, so I worked the two remotes and figured that they weren’t getting a signal from the remote. I found new receivers on your site and ordered an open box replacement. I chatted with your tech and was guaranteed that the open box receiver was fully tested and operational. I received the new receiver and replaced the old unit. Reassembled the unit and it worked flawlessly. Thanks

I am thrilled with the pendant lights! They are beautiful and beautifully made—top quality. They were packaged carefully without styrofoam peanuts and delivered promptly.

Very easy to locate what we wanted. We received much sooner than w expected which was nice. The post light looks fantastic. Very pleased.

Finding the replacement part for our WAC countertop lighting on your website was easy, and it arrived in a very timely manner.
