Unfortunately the chairs were a far darker shade of wood than pictured. There was also some damage under one chair, although this wouldn’t be visible once assembled. We’re considering sending the chairs back but we delayed opening the package by a few days and are now put off doing so by the expense of paying for the courier. The returns policy feels a little unfair in that regard.

Waiting 2 weeks for 3 separate shipments of garden furniture

Not great, live chat is terrible as you don’t get directly put through to someone and unless you stay on your phone on that page it disconnects. Someone said they’d call me back and didn’t and the crux of it is that I haven’t received my order!

Ikea quality parts, weeks for delivery, still not received the full order. Variable quality of the products received.

Set is really nice, I think one piece of the set was wrong, had to drill three new holes to make the set actually come together, but not a massive deal. However delivery was a living hell DHL lost our package and was not going to do anything about it, had to take time of work to wait because of their incompetence, DHL really hates their customers Honestly would not buy again if DHL was the only option.
