Works great. Your foam mattress was a bit too hard for comfort on the medium side. This helps

only use medium side of mattress and it is firm(not much give). I am a side sleeper and this is a bit of an issue. put on two 2" foam toppers. this was too much. i don't like the sink in feeling. i removed one topper and it was like GREAT! i just removed the second topper and will try again to sleep without any topper....speaking of which....with any NEW mattress regardless of brand give yourself at least two weeks no matter how uncomfortable it may be. your body needs to acclimate itself to the new feel. if i need a topper i will get one from this company as i like their mattress. this mattress is well made and i was impressed with quality of it. they make these mattresses when ordered and it was delivered on schedule. it weighs 100 lbs. driver carried it to the front step with a friendly smile and word. set up was simple, though heavy. have not dealt with customer service as i have not had an issue with mattress. again, if i decide to use a topper i will purchase one from Latex for Less. they have quality products for a reasonable price.
