Customer Service was fantastic. We had so many problems since the frame came with the wrong instructions but they sent new instructions and pictures of real bedframes instead of stick drawings. Problem solved!

Mattress is extremely comfortable and so glad there are 2 sides. We thought we wanted firm, but were wrong. After 3 nites of pain, we flipped it and wow! However, it is incredibly difficult to flip since the mattress is very flimsy and heavy. If we had known we needed a medium firmness, we would have gone with a hybrid. We also bought the frame and base from latex4less. Frame was tricky since instructions didn't match what we received but customer service was great and got us on track. The base doesn't really fit the frame. It's 2 inches narrower than frame and 3 inches narrower than mattress

We have a sleep by number bed and they’re topper is crap. This one is amazing. We love it.

Good quality foam at a reasonable cost. It makes a good addition to soften my bed.
