It took awhile to ship to us but we are so happy we waited. This mattress is solid, which we love. I can't feel my husband move around or get out of bed early so I have been sleeping so much better. And my back pain is gone! We are so happy!

This frame is easy to put together and is perfect support for our new latex mattress from Latex for Less. We did end up getting a bed skirt to cover the "organic" lettering on the outside - something to consider. It did take a long time to get delivered but be patient!

There was an issue about a piece which was broken initially, but the customer service department was simply outstanding, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use latex for less again. Unfortunately in the mattress support originally came with one of the sides broken, and the replacement that was sent was the wrong size. But finally, the third time the replacement was correct. However, during all this time, customer service was simply outstanding. There was no issues whatsoever in helping me. They were attentive and helped me immediately. Sending out replacement parts until we finally got it right. The warehouse was at fault for sending me the wrong replacement part and not checking to determine that the item was intact without being damaged however, I would recommend latex for less without any hesitation as being outstanding in attempting to manage a mistake that was made, and I would use them again happily
