Unfortunately in the mattress support originally came with one of the sides broken, and the replacement that was sent was the wrong size. But finally, the third time the replacement was correct. However, during all this time, customer service was simply outstanding. There was no issues whatsoever in helping me. They were attentive and helped me immediately. Sending out replacement parts until we finally got it right. The warehouse was at fault for sending me the wrong replacement part and not checking to determine that the item was intact without being damaged however, I would recommend latex for less without any hesitation as being outstanding in attempting to manage a mistake that was made, and I would use them again happily

Comfortable mattress (Got for another family member; I only slept on it twice, family member gives it a thumbs up. ) The "medium" is quite firm. Admittedly I'm used to something squishier but glad I did not go for "firm. " Very faint off-gassing/scent lasted a few days, then nothing. Most of all, the people at Latex for Less were fantastic. There was a shipping problem with my order (thanks, Fedex :< ) but the folks I talked to were very responsive and investigated the matter to track down what happened. I got the sense they were real LFL people and not from some anonymous call center. Happy with my purchase!

Temporarily we had to use an air mattress for a couple of weeks, and I was in pain. The default mattress topper was too thin, so I was looking for a latex foam cushion. I decided on the cotton topper because I could also fit it onto my california king regular mattress. Both are extremely deep mattresses, and I was pleased to find the cotton topper easily wraps around the air mattress, although there is no groove to keep it from slipping upward. I still want a latex foam cushion but no longer complain about back or side pain. I use both the original and the new padding layered on.
