Shipping was great, but I was unable to get assembly instructions until well after the sauna arrived. A call to customer service didn't help as I got no response.

Shipping was fast and sauna was well protected.

Our assembly QR code was missing on our crate upon delivery, it took a few days to get someone to respond. I got a personal phone call from the rep, and she was super apologetic and professional, worked hard to "make it right". We received email links for how to set up the sauna, and from there we were good to go. She even threw in a free chromotherapy light for our trouble. They will keep us as customers.

April was great and helped me get my assembly instructions figured out. Calling customer service several times with no response is very irritating, however. Especially when you spend a lot of money and have questions or issues
