Shipping took forever. The sauna sat at a few stops for 3+ days.

Overall the whole family loves the sauna. Assembly instructions / video still left questions but we could figure out the missing detail at the cost of extra assembly time. The finish sanding on the wood has many areas that need to be sanded but they include a mini sanding sponge block. At this price range I think they could have spent a whole dollar to include a full size one since a lot of finish touch ups were needed. This biggest let down was the half inch piece they added on right near the door handle that is very noticeable. Some lazy assemble person just couldn't bother getting another piece that fit fully. Many other reviews quoted 30 minutes to heat up and after 30 minutes ours only got to about 108-110 degrees. At about 45 minutes its usually 120+/- when set to 140.

Love the product and service department. Didn’t like the parts glitches.

Customer service was excellent.

Ordered our sauna from the website, no problem. Arrived in only a few days. Had to call customer service to get the correct video for assembly of our model. They provided it immediately.
