The sauna came with 3 broken pieces, all were replaced very quickly and customer service was good exceptionally good. The install took two us 4 or 5 beers to finish, so I’d say 1.5hrs. Very simple install just a lot easier with 2 people. Sauna is one of the best I’ve used and after about 15 minutes you really get a good sweat in. Very happy I purchased.
