I love your saunas! Great quality for a good price.

My sauna arrived securely packed, the options arrive separately and one of the boxes was damaged in shipping and was missing a small part. I contacted JNH and a replacement part was shipped out quickly. I have truly enjoyed my sauna!

When I ordered I ordered in correctly and it was caught at the warehouse before it was shipped. They called me to clarify I purchased the wrong item and fixed it right away. They went above and beyond. Their products are wonderful as well. 10/10
